① Photochemical reactor run before class, check valves, pipe nor leakage;
② The rotational friction parts should be lubricated regularly;
② Check the fan, the electrical control box power ground wire is reliable;
③ Check the instrument indicates whether the normal, regular check by the measurement department;

④ Check whether the body vibration, cracks, damage, and corrosion;
⑤ Commissioning whether each motor is working properly, regular maintenance;

⑦ Check V-belts, chains and some other transmission mechanism, if the deformation and wear relaxation, timely adjustment of the chain tightness;

⑨ various parts once damaged, it is timely repair and replacement
